Wynford and Crawford Battle It Out

Wynford seventh and eighth grade junior high volleyball split with Colonel Crawford. The seventh grade volleyball team beat the Eagles in two games. Both teams gave a great effort with the first set ending, 25-10, in favor of Wynford. The second set was a more intense battle between the two teams, and Wynford managed to take the set, 25-20. In the eighth grade volleyball game it was a constant battle between the two teams, needing three sets to determine a winner. In the first set, Wynford won 25-22. Crawford took the next two sets, 25-23, 25-18. All the teams played their hearts out, and they will be back in action on Thursday at 5 p.m. against Carey.
